Helen qualified as a hairdresser in 1989. She went back to school in 2003 to train in T.V., film and theatrical hair and make-up, including period styles. Her training also included using original methods to achieve an authentic look. This training comes in very handy when working on period weddings as well as in entertainment. Helen now works as a mobile hairdresser in between her other work.
